The PC Recycler was founded in 1997 to provide an effective, safe and most environmental friendly means of PC recycling and hardware disposal for businesses in the Greater Toronto Area.

Our services ensure that your unwanted hardware is reused or recycled in a way that conserves our natural resources and protects the environment.

What's more our goal is to reuse all donated or acquired hardware by getting it into the hands of people and organizations who can actually benefit from retired and returned equipment.

How it works We offer local pickup of equipment and hardware for a low fee. We ensure that any hardware which may contain sensitive data is completely removed and go beyond traditional means of only formatting hard drives as this method does not completely remove information.

We then work towards getting all equipment up and running so that it can be donated to local schools, charities organizations or other non-profit institutions.

Any equipment that can not be salvaged or is in need of disposal is done through proper disposal and recycling methods. Our one and only goal is maximizing use of hardware by resusing and recylcing programs.

Study reveals cost of disposal
